Sommelier Frederick Hill is the visionary behind NAVIHILL Wines and the journey of Noir Vintage Fund.
Through years of wine education, tastings, and cultural experiences, he has built a thriving wine community centered on legacy, entrepreneurship, and connection.
Through NAVIHILL Wines, Frederick is bringing together his passion for wine, culture, and community to create a brand rooted in storytelling and shared experiences.
Dr. Curtrina Strozier
Co-Founder & Community Impact Director
Dr. Curtrina Strozier is a board-certified physician and community leader dedicated to advancing leadership, education, and empowerment.
As Co-Founder of NAVIHILL Wines, she helps guide the brand's community initiatives and philanthropic efforts while supporting programs connected to Noir Vintage Fund.
Her passion for community impact and leadership plays an important role in shaping the vision and purpose behind NAVIHILL.
Together, Frederick and Curtrina are building NAVIHILL Wines as a brand that celebrates culture, community, and legacy — creating meaningful experiences that bring people together through wine.

From Tech to Wine — The Innovative Mind Behind Columbus' Best Wine Bar
Frederick Hill
Founder & Sommelier
Frederick Hill is a man of many talents. With 27 years of experience in the tech industry and a passion for wine, he combined these twin passions to create Columbus, Georgia's first Black-owned tech wine bar — NAVI Wine & Tasting Room.
Under his leadership, NAVI has garnered numerous accolades, including being named the Best of Georgia Winner in 2023 and 2022, Columbus People's Choice Gold Award in four categories in 2023 and 2022. The establishment was selected for the 2023 Best of Columbus Award in the Wine Bar category by the Columbus Award Program.
Hill's entrepreneurial spirit has resulted in several successful companies being founded under his leadership. His innovative mindset has allowed him to blend technology with the art of wine, creating a unique experience for customers at NAVI.
In 2024, Hill produced the celebrated Sip Savor Wine Fest 2024 — a landmark cultural wine experience bringing together wine lovers, educators, and community leaders for an unforgettable celebration of wine, culture, and connection.
That same year, he opened NOIR Studios, an exclusive Champagne tasting room that blends luxury, culture, and innovation into a one-of-a-kind sensory experience.
In January of 2023, Hill was included in Marquis Who's Who in America for his outstanding contributions to the field of wine and technology.
Through NAVIHILL Wines, Frederick is building more than a wine brand — he is crafting a legacy rooted in culture, innovation, and the belief that every bottle should carry meaning.
